Aircastle Announces New $400 Million Unsecured Term Loan

EmitenTrust.com STAMFORD, Conn., Oct. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Aircastle Limited and Subsidiaries ("Aircastle", or "the Company") announced today that it closed a new $240 million unsecured term loan with the Japan Bank for International Cooperation. The loan features an additional $160 million financed by MUFG Bank, Ltd. and Mizuho Bank, Ltd. as syndicate arrangers, along with seven additional lenders. The facility has a term of five years, and the Company plans to use the proceeds of the loan for aircraft acquisitions.
