Automotive Properties REIT Announces September 2026 Distribution

TORONTO, Sept. 15, 2026 /CNW/ -- Automotive Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: APR.UN) (the "REIT") today announced a cash distribution of $0.0699 per REIT unit for the month of September 2026, representing $0.839 per REIT unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on October 15, 2026 to unitholders of record as at September 29, 2026.
