PHOENIX, Oct. 19, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Banner Capital today announced that Roof Restoration Group ("RRG"), its Southwest-based commercial roofing and essential building services platform, has completed its first partnership with Exterior Solutions Group ("ESG"), a commercial roofing contractor headquartered in Edmond, Oklahoma. ESG founder Kyle Crawford will continue to lead the ESG business, has joined the RRG Board of Directors, and has reinvested alongside Banner Capital and RRG Executives.
RRG is an established platform in Banner Capital's Fund II, built to partner with quality, founder-led commercial roofing contractors across the Southwest and beyond. Founded in 2017 by Kyle Crawford, a fourth-generation roofer with more than 40 years of industry experience, ESG provides roof replacement, restoration, and facility maintenance services to K-12 public school districts, colleges, and commercial property owners. Kyle has completed projects nationwide, including the roof at the William J. Clinton Presidential Library in Little Rock, Arkansas.
