CCFF is an affiliate of Peak Rock Capital ("Peak Rock"), a leading private investment firm focused on the middle-market.

For over 40 years, CNI has been a premier manufacturer and custom developer of better for you bar layers, fillings, bindings, toppings, and icings to premier foodservice operators, brands, and co-manufacturers. CNI will continue operating under its current tradename Skjodt-Barrett Foods, as a division of CCFF.
