EmitenTrust.com PUNTA CANA, Dominican Republic, Oct. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- CLERHP, a Spanish group specializing in engineering, architecture, construction, and real estate development and listed on BME Growth, has announced its 2026–28 Business Plan, which projects revenue of $784 million, EBITDA of $252 million, and net income of $162 million over the three-year period.
Approved by the Board of Directors on September 30, the Plan marks a new phase for CLERHP, which has evolved from an engineering-focused company into a vertically integrated group spanning the entire real estate value chain.
This transformation establishes the Dominican Republic as the company's primary strategic market and Larimar City & Resort as the cornerstone of its business development.
Larimar City Reaches $400 Million in Sales
The real estate development led by CLERHP in Punta Cana has reached $400 million in sales. This figure represents approximately 50% of projected revenue for 2026–28 and reflects the commercial progress of a project conceived as a destination city integrating housing, infrastructure, commercial spaces, leisure, and services.
The company has also announced that it has secured $56 million in financing for the project, comprising $22 million in bonds and $33 million in private debt, and reports a cash position of $13 million.
Five Strategic Areas to Drive Growth
The Business Plan outlines five major lines of business: engineering, structural construction, project management, real estate development, and integrated services. CLERHP aims to strengthen its technical capabilities, expand its services—including integrated project management—to third parties, and develop new real estate opportunities through partnerships and joint ventures.
The gradual introduction of services related to the operation of Larimar City—such as maintenance, supplies, equipment, and rental management—will allow the company to expand its activities beyond construction and move toward a diversified business model. This strategy also includes the development of other in-house and third-party projects, such as Marelago, leveraging the experience and capabilities acquired by the Group.
Value Creation and International Expansion
The Plan projects EBITDA of $252 million, of which $224 million would come from real estate development activities. It also provides for the introduction of a dividend policy in 2027, allocating 25% of profits to shareholder distributions—a policy that would be maintained in subsequent fiscal years. At the same time, CLERHP will continue to strengthen its presence in the capital markets.
Following its progress with Latinex in Panama, the company's future objectives include gaining access to BME's main market. Five years after entering the Dominican Republic, the Group is entering a decisive phase to consolidate its transformation, expand its capabilities, and develop new sources of revenue.
