Formidium Expands AI-Native Fund Administration in Europe with Acquisition of Ci Fund Services S.A.

The deal gives Formidium a Luxembourg hub to bring AI-native fund services to Europe's largest fund domicile, home to €9.1 trillion in assets. The transaction was completed following approval by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).

The acquisition strengthens Formidium's ability to serve institutional clients and asset managers across Europe. For managers still navigating disconnected systems and manual workflows, it introduces a different approach: AI-native fund administration built on proprietary technology, backed by Ci Fund Services' Luxembourg expertise.

By acquiring Ci Fund Services S.A., Formidium gains:
