He also provides insurance-related advice and counsel to clients on transactional matters, including M&A transactions and liability divestitures.

He also advises clients on insurance program strategy, including optimizing policy wording during renewals, navigating complex insurance issues in M&A transactions, and structuring liability divestitures.
