TORONTO, Oct. 22, 2026 /CNW/ -- Meridian Credit Union is launching Season 3 of its Small Business Big Impact Podcast, returning with a new video-first format and a broader look at the people, partnerships and ideas helping small businesses succeed.

Hosted by Meridian President & CEO Jay-Ann Gilfoy, Season 3 moves beyond the traditional podcast format with in-studio video conversations designed to bring viewers closer to the entrepreneurs, advocates and community leaders shaping the future of small business.

"Small businesses are incredibly resilient, but no entrepreneur builds a successful business alone," said Jay-Ann Gilfoy, President & CEO, Meridian Credit Union. "Behind every business is an ecosystem of people, advice, partnerships and community support that helps turn an idea into something sustainable. This season is about having honest conversations with some of the people who are helping create those conditions and sharing insights that small business owners can actually use."

The Small Business, Big Impact Podcast is designed for entrepreneurs, founders, gig workers and those building, growing or supporting small businesses, with conversations grounded in the real opportunities and challenges business owners face.

Season 3 brings together voices from across the small business ecosystem to explore the ideas and issues shaping entrepreneurship today, from financial confidence and workforce development to advocacy, leadership, community impact and inclusive economic growth.

"Small business owners are navigating a lot, and they need more than financing," said Gilfoy. "They need people who understand their ambitions, trusted advice, strong networks and partners who are invested in their success. That's the bigger conversation we want to have with Small Business Big Impact."

Season 3 launches on October 22 with new episodes following monthly through March 2027. For the first time, audiences will be able to watch full episodes on YouTube in addition to listening through major podcast platforms, including Apple, Spotify, and Amazon.

The new season features a diverse lineup of entrepreneurs, business leaders and changemakers, including:
