The completed transaction further expands Mesirow Fiduciary Solutions' capabilities and strengthens its position as a leading provider of outsourced fiduciary services. The acquisition broadens the platform's custom portfolio construction offering and deepens its ability to deliver innovative 3(38) fiduciary solutions to financial advisors, plan sponsors, recordkeepers and institutional partners.
