Pinecrest served as the exclusive financial advisor to Bulk Conveyors in this transaction.

Founded in 2014, Bulk Conveyors designs and manufactures highly customized, durable equipment for demanding bulk material handling applications, including chain conveyors, enclosed belt conveyors, bucket elevators, and aftermarket spare parts. The Company serves a diverse base of customers across oilseed processing, grain handling, ethanol, food and ingredients, and other industrial end markets, where reliability and uptime are paramount. Under the leadership of Chief Executive Officer Ty Quillin and President Brett Buchanan, BCI has expanded its capabilities, product offering, and market position while staying true to the customer-first culture established by founder Van Buchanan.
