Sopris is in the process of combining Blackford under one of Sopris's top performing portfolio companies, Azra AI, and this next step is expected to be completed in the coming days/weeks. Blackford will continue to operate as a separate legal entity following the combination with operations in Scotland and the United States and will continue to serve its existing OEM partners and health system customers with no disruption to current deployments or operations.
