Trading Technologies' TT® Platform Named Multi-Asset Trading System of the Year at FOW Asia Pacific Awards 2026
EmitenTrust.com CHICAGO and HONG KONG, Sept. 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- In a ceremony in Hong Kong last night, the TT platform of Trading Technologies International, Inc. (TT), a global capital markets technology provider, was named Multi-Asset Trading System of the Year at the FOW Asia Pacific Awards 2026. This was the fourth consecutive year in which the platform was recognized for exceptional achievement in the region and its first recognition in the multi-asset category in these awards.
Hosted by Futures & Options World (FOW), the FOW Asia Pacific Awards recognize outstanding performance and innovation for firms and individuals in the Asian derivatives industry. Winners are selected by a specialist panel of independent industry experts with relevant subject matter expertise from across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
TT CEO Justin Llewellyn-Jones said: "We have been steadily transforming TT from a derivatives-first trading platform into a multi-asset ecosystem capable of meeting clients' diverse needs. By introducing functionality relevant to the fixed income and foreign exchange trading communities, as an example, we're also ensuring that institutions and professionals traders across APAC and globally can take advantage of a host of cross-asset trading opportunities, using the tools that have long made TT such a popular futures trading platform. It's gratifying to achieve this multi-asset recognition as we continue to build on this strategy."
TT has an extensive footprint throughout APAC, with offices in Singapore, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Sydney and a large percentage of employees based in India. The firm also operates more data centers in APAC than any other region.
The TT platform, which handled more than 3 billion derivatives transactions alone in 2025, is the most widely used platform globally for futures and options on futures, in addition to its growing use across multiple asset classes. Volumes traded on APAC markets on the TT platform in 2025 increased by over 16%, outperforming underlying growth on most markets. TT also experienced a 25% increase in volume traded by Asia-based users, including their activity on markets in the U.S. and Europe.
In July, TT was named APAC Capital Markets Tech Supplier of the Year at the second annual Capital Markets Technology Awards APAC, hosted by A-Team Group. TT won the categories of Trading System of the Year and Derivatives Trading System of the Year at the FOW Asia Pacific Awards 2025.
