EmitenTrust.com Four days of concentrated buyer meetings delivered direct market intelligence, active follow-up opportunities and next-stage commercialization plans for brands entering the U.S. market

BOCA RATON, Fla., Sept. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- TruLife Distribution, a U.S. retail commercialization and market development company representing emerging and international consumer brands, completed 37 buyer meetings during the 2026 ECRM Vitamin, Weight Management & Sports Nutrition Session, held Sept. 14–17 at PGA National Resort & Spa in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Over four days, TruLife represented a portfolio of health, wellness, nutrition and personal care brands in meetings spanning national and regional retail, specialty, pharmacy, grocery, e-commerce, marketplace, distribution and private-label channels. Several represented companies are international brands building or evaluating their U.S. market presence.

The meetings generated active follow-up opportunities ranging from product and sample evaluations to pricing and margin reviews, marketplace discussions, distribution conversations and continued engagement with category buyers.

"The value of a week like ECRM is not simply how many meetings you complete. It is what you learn in those rooms and what you do with that information afterward," said Brian Gould, CEO of TruLife Distribution. "Retailers are evaluating the business behind the product — pricing, margins, supply chain, compliance, marketing support and the company's ability to execute. We came in prepared for those conversations, and we came out with greater clarity on where each brand fits and what it will take to move it forward."

A market-development platform, not a product showcase

TruLife approached ECRM as a concentrated market-development platform, placing brands directly in front of category decision-makers, gathering buyer-level feedback in real time and identifying where each company may have its strongest opportunity in the U.S. retail landscape.

For some brands, buyer-specific follow-up is already underway. For others, the feedback identified opportunities to refine pricing, positioning, packaging, assortment, marketing support or channel strategy before broader retail outreach begins. In both cases, the objective is the same: use direct market intelligence to make better commercialization decisions and focus resources where the opportunity is strongest.

"The U.S. is an enormous opportunity, but it is not one market and it is not one sales channel," Gould said. "For an international brand, a few days of serious buyer conversations can reveal things that might otherwise take months to understand. Our job is to turn that intelligence into an executable U.S. strategy and support the brand through the work required to pursue the opportunity."

What happens next

TruLife has now entered a structured post-ECRM phase. The company will conduct strategy reviews with participating brands, prioritize buyer-specific follow-up and determine which companies are positioned for broader retail development and which may benefit from additional preparation before expanding outreach.

The intelligence gathered during the session will also inform TruLife's ongoing commercialization work, including direct retail development, distributor outreach, e-commerce and marketplace expansion, regulatory readiness, marketing support and future buyer programs.

"Getting in front of a buyer is the beginning, not the finish line," Gould said. "The brands that ultimately succeed are the ones that can respond quickly, support the opportunity operationally and continue building the business after the initial presentation. That execution gap is exactly where TruLife is built to operate."

The week reinforced a principle central to TruLife's approach: retailers are evaluating more than products. They are evaluating whether the company behind the product is prepared to support sustainable growth.

For emerging and international brands, retail readiness requires the right economics, operational infrastructure, compliance, marketing support and a disciplined follow-up process capable of turning buyer interest into long-term commercial opportunity.
