Vinson brings more than 30 years of experience advising public and private companies on federal tax matters, business transactions, tax planning, and accounting for income taxes. As both an attorney and a certified public accountant, he offers a unique perspective on tax issues affecting businesses operating across domestic and international markets. His experience includes advising multinational organizations on cross-border tax matters, mergers and acquisitions, IRS examinations, and global restructuring initiatives.

In addition to serving clients, he is an adjunct professor teaching Tax Research & Communication in the Master of Science of Accountancy program at the University of Houston. Vinson is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas and Louisiana and is also a member of the Louisiana State Bar.

Vinson earned his JD from Louisiana State University and his BS in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University.
