"We have built a digital foundation that allows Meridian to innovate more quickly while maintaining the security, trust and Member focus that define us," said Matthew Seagrim, Chief Growth Officer at Meridian Credit Union. "The progress we've made across digital adoption, onboarding and self-service demonstrates what is possible when technology, data and Member insight are brought together around a clear purpose."

Meridian's transformation has introduced and enhanced capabilities across digital onboarding, everyday banking, self-service and personalized financial guidance, including AI-supported insights, financial planning, budgeting tools and expanded card controls.

"This recognition reflects the work our teams have done to create a simpler, more connected digital banking experience for our Members," said Davyd Edwards, Vice President, Member Experience & Product Innovation at Meridian Credit Union.
