Newcleus Welcomes BOLI/COLI Veteran and Former SEC Attorney Ean Estep

Estep brings more than 15 years of experience in the Bank-Owned Life Insurance (BOLI) and Corporate-Owned Life Insurance (COLI) industry, along with a legal and regulatory background as a former attorney with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He joins Newcleus from Northwestern Mutual.

Throughout his career, Estep has helped financial institutions and other organizations navigate BOLI/COLI strategies and executive benefit solutions. He has developed in-depth expertise in non-qualified benefit programs and executive retirement plans, designing strategies that address both an institution's financial objectives and the long-term needs of its key executives.
